Procedure:
Ownership:
ICICI Bank accepts only spouses as borrowers and as owners of
the property to be purchased.
Mandatory Insurance agreements:
ICICI bank accepts all the mortgage loans only with the mandatory
insurance agreements covering the following risks for applicable
amount for the entire loan period.
1. Life and Disability Insurance
2. Property Insurance against all the possible damages and destructions
3. Title Insurance
ICICI Bank should be the only beneficiary of all the insurance
agreements. Insurance agreements from the approved list of
insurance companies of ICICI Bank only will be considered.
Property Valuation Report:
The property purchased should be evaluated from one
of the approved list of property evaluation companies of ICICI
Bank.
Notary services:
The sale and purchase contract should be drafted and registered
along with the mortgage encumbrance of the Bank from the approved
list of Notary agencies of ICICI Bank.
