  The loan process of Secondary Market Purchase involves the following:

Call our call center at +7 (495) 981 - 1717 or visit our branch
 

Our bank representative will provide you with all necessary information and will help you in filling in the application form  
Submission of documents as required by the Bank for sanction  
The Bank will inform the credit decision within 3 working days. Sanction letter is given to the borrower  
Identifying the property and submitting the documents on the apartment to the Bank and insurance company  
On reception of the positive report from the Insurance company, the evaluation report should be taken from the evaluation company  
Mandantory insurance agreements are signed between borrower and insurance company  
Opening an account and Loan Agreement signing  
Disbursement of the loan amount to the borrowers current account in the bank  
Signing of Safe box agreement  
Deposition of funds in the Safe box  
Conclusion of Sale & Purchase Agreement  
Registration of Sale & Purchase Agreement and Registration of Encumbrance Certificate  
Withdrawal of the loan amount by the seller on completion of the conditions mentioned in the Safe box agreement  
Submission of Certificate of Ownership and Transfer Act
