| 3. Additional
deposit terms |
| Advance deposit closure |
For advance deposit closure interest payment
is calculated:
1. on the irreducible amount at the rate applicable for
demand deposit on the date of closure for exact number
of days it was placed before closure.
2. on the amount higher than irreducible amount interest
amount shall not be revised.
Under advance deposit closure amount to be returned to
the customer will be reduced on the amount calculated
in accordance with clause 1 above. |
| Prolongation (term extension) |
Applicable. If at the end of tenor deposit
amount and interest paid were not demanded by the customer,
Bank has the right for prolongation of the agreement and
to keep it further but at the new rate applicable at t
he date of extension. |
