LLC presents Equity market services: Brokerage and Depository
service for corporations and individuals.
ICICI Bank Eurasia LLC conducts securities transactions in MICEX,
which is the major Russian stock exchange (the greatest amount
of Russian stock is traded here), and in OTC markets (for the
stock which is not included into the stock exchange listings,
or is not sufficiently liquid). The Bank's Custody has an intercustodian
account with the major stock exchange custody of MICEX Non-commercial
Partnership National Depository Center. It enables the Bank
to recognize all types of securities circulating at MICEX and
eligible for the Bank's brokerage services.
You can invest into Russian shares, corporate and municipal
bonds (including bonds denominated in foreign currency), along
with state securities.
The Bank offers a flexible system of tariffs that can satisfy
requirements of different investors depending on their trade
turnover. There is no fixed minimal amount to open a brokerage
account. According to tariifs opening and administration of
Broker and DEPO accounts is free of charge.
The Bank acts as a professional partisipant of the securities
market under the perpetual Brokerage License No. 040-11619-100000
of October 2, 2008, and Custody License No. 040-11630-000100
of October 1, 2008, issued by the Federal Financial Markets
Service.
