ICICI Bank has acquired the entire paid-up capital of
Investisionno-Kreditny Bank (IKB), a Russian bank with
its registered office in Balabanovo in the Kaluga region
and a branch in Moscow. |

Eurasia LLC is offering a range of Retail and Corporate
Finance Products. The Bank has opened its corporate office
at Lesnaya and a branch at Lusinovskaya Street. We also
propose to open a branch shortly in Lesnaya Street.
